The biggest difference between hollow fibre and microfibre is the structure. The fine fibres of microfibre are tightly woven fabric whereas hollow fibre does have spaces between its fibres.
Both materials will be a great option as they are cosy, warm and won’t cause problems for allergy sufferers.
If you would like a slightly more luxurious product that feels like feather, we would recommend microfibre. If this is not what you are looking for and budget is the main focus, we would recommend hollow fibre.

We ship our products (via surface courier / transport) based on customer's request.
If required urgently, we use Surface Courier which can become a little expensive but a fast means of transportation. However, if you require the cost-effective way to get your products delivered, we can ship the products through Cargo Transport.

No, not at all. Based on our research, Pillow Covers should definitely be used. Sohum has developed its own Pillow Cover that is non-pilling, smooth as silk, breathable, non-shrink, washes superbly and is tumble dryable.
All Pillows made by Sohum are vacuum packed as a step towards a sustainable environment. Vacuum packaging helps in cutting down carbon emissions by more than 70% for Pillows. This is why 3 years back, we shifted towards a vacuum packaging for Sohum Pillows.
After use, plump up the Sohum pillow to make it look best for your guests. If necessary, Sohum pillows can be machine washed and tumble dried. Note, however, never to dry clean pillows.
