We offer exchanges only in genuine cases, so good customers are never penalised for misuse by a few.
This is how we keep our prices fair and our quality uncompromised.


When Can You Request an Exchange?

We offer exchanges only if:

  • you received a defective product, or
  • you received the wrong item (size, colour or product)

In such cases, we replace the product. No refunds.


Exchange Window

We do not offer returns or refunds under any other circumstances.


What do we need from you?
To process an exchange:

  • the product must be unused and unwashed
  • it must be in the original packaging
  • you must share proof of purchase
  • you must submit clear photos or videos of the defective or wrong item.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • products damaged after use or washing
  • regular wear and tear
  • colour or texture preference issues
  • change of mind
